Residential buildings- single family villas

The complex includes a total of 5 residential single-family villas. Three types of villas have been designed (1+2+2), and all the buildings have polygonal bases, number of floors P+1, with a slanted roof, in the skeleton construction. Functionally speaking, all villas have a garage on the ground floor, for two vehicles with the mechanical room and a storage, the entrance hall gallery type, living room area with the kitchen, study, toilet, summer kitchen with a toilet, while on the first floor it is planned to set bedrooms and required toilets, bathrooms and large balconies.

Each villa has a landscaped yard, surrounded by a brick fence with a covered and open plateau, swimming pool and open grass areas enriched with adequate shrubs and trees.

The style in which the villas are designed is “Mediterranean” in accordance with the envisaged design and materialization – slanted roofs lined with Mediterranean roof tiles, large glass surfaces, large roof terraces, walls lined with stone, landscaping with coniferous species.
