Residential building, Bore Prodanovića street

The newly-designed residential building has Basement+Groundfloor+2+loft-duplex and it is planned to be constructed as a part of continuous structure, in accordance with the previously constructed buildings on the neighbouring, side plots. The newly-designed structure is of a regular compact outline on the street, west side.

The concept of the residential building is such that it has 5 residential units, which are arranged on floors from the high ground floor to the attic (it is envisaged to have one flat on each residential floor, except in the attic, where it is designed to have two apartments, one of which is a „duplex“ type). It is planned to have laundry rooms and individual pantries in the basement.
