Residential building- Šumadijska street

The newly designed multi-family residential building consists of Basement+Ground floor+4+Attic and Basement+Groundfloor+1+Attic and it is planned to be a part of the continuous structure in accordance with the previously constructed buildings on the neighbouring plots on the sides.

The newly designed building is envisaged in such a way that it has regular outline, shaped in a form of the Latin letter „L“. This multi-family residential building is designed to have 15 residential units of a different structure, which are distributed on the floors from the ground floor to the attic.

Parking lots and mechanical rooms for installations are planned for the basement. The entrance into the building is directly from Šumadijska Street, over the windshield and a pedestrian ramp within the outline of the building.
