Golf centre, Žabalj

The technical documentation envisages the expansion of the existing golf course with nine new courses, which will follow the natural terrain configuration (slightly wavy), including required modifications. Newly formed courses no. 1, 2, 4, 5 and 6 are located on the south side of the area in question, with a pond in the middle. In addition to ambient and visual values, the pond has a function of the water obstacle, and its area is 7,116.63m². The course number 3 stretches along the west side and the rural road. On the north side, next to the existing driving range, courses no. 7 and 8 are located. On the east side, behind the club house, there is a course No. 9.

The total area of the new nine courses amounts to 67,491.20m². The total area of all the target areas (greens) is 4,524.85m2, courses (fairways) 62,966.35m² and sand obstacles (bankers) 1,766.51m²
